Although Lindsay Lohan did not attend a screening of her newest movie "Machete" she will be able to return to work while abiding by her new court sanctioned schedule.

Judge Elden S Fox, of the Los Angeles Superior Court has ordered Lindsay Lohan to partake in psychotherapy and addiction counseling sessions several times a week until November. She will also undergo random drug tests for drug and alcohol screening.

The troubled starlet was released early from rehab on Tuesday. If she does not comply these orders she could spent up to 30 days in prison.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan's lawyer, said "She has changed…She's healthy. She's clear-headed. She is positive at looking forward." Lohan will return to court on November 1.

Lohan also got more good news as a New York radio station has offered her and her mother a $1 million deal presenting New York's Party 105's morning show. The Mom daughter duo would chat about all sorts of topics from fashion to entertainment, according to RadarOnline. She could even give listeners advice on how to live their lives!
