The high profile couple put the mansion on the market in June for $10,995,000 and raised the listing price to $12,995,000 less than three weeks later but unloaded it in recent days to a buyer for $100,000 less than the original price.

A source told real estate website Redfin.com that the chat show host and her 'Arrested Development' star wife raised the asking price because they decided to include all of their expensive furniture, which they spent years collecting, with the property but ultimately decided to sell it for much less.

The property, which is located within the exclusive Hidden Hills community, has been placed on the market multiple times in the past and boasts a main house, eight cottages and professional-standard horse facilities.

The power couple, who purchased a new mansion in Montecito, California, for $26.5 million in May, also recently sold their penthouse in Beverly Hills for $843,900, which was reportedly likely to only have ever been used by family members or personal staff, after putting it on the market in June for $899,000.

The corner penthouse, described as a spacious light-filled unit, is located in the Somerset building, surrounded by lots of trees, and has views of the mountains.

The 55-year-old talk show host, who owns several other properties in Los Angeles, recently had a scare when one of her properties, a farm in the Camarillo area of California, was threatened by a blaze. She later praised fire fighters for acting quickly to prevent any harm.
