Oops! A New Jersey man is facing a disorderly conduct charge after entering into the wrong home after enjoying the St. Patrick's Day celebrations.

The 31-year-old man was arrested on Amber Court in the Plymouth Township.

A 64-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman were startled to find the man whom they "did not know" enter through their front door.

The couple had been asleep on the couch in the living room, leaving their door closed but unlocked.

The man, somewhat delirious after a night of imbibing, called out "something about Chris" the couple explained to police. They yelled at him to get out and pushed him out of the door.

The incident happened shortly before 4 AM.

The police went to a house on the street where a party was taking place, where a man admitted it was him who had called upon the wrong address.

According to HometownLife.com, the suspect "smelled of alcohol and had watery, bloodshot eyes and told police he'd just finished a shift working at a downtown Plymouth bar and stopped on Amber Court for a party. He wasn't completely familiar with the area and had gone to the wrong house and been pushed out."
