An Irish tourist has been seriously injured in a shooting accident at a Florida gun range.
Gary, Flynn, 29, was shot in the throat and shoulder after a gun went off in the adjacent stall at the Saddle Creek Shooting Range in Lakeland.
A Tampa couple, Michael and Sherri Thourot, were in the next-door stall and police say their 9mm accidentally went off three times on Saturday.
Flynn was rushed to hospital where he underwent surgery. He was listed in stable condition today.
Michael Thourot was shot in the left hand, and Sherri Thourot was hit in the left arm. Both were also listed in stable condition.
