"Stay calm"
"We are absolutely thrilled to see this incredible and record win for an Irish EuroMillions player!" Cian Murphy, National Lottery CEO, said in a statement on Tuesday night.
"We are advising our players to check their tickets and if they are the winner, sign the back of the ticket, keep it safe, and contact National Lottery HQ, and we will guide you through the claims process."
Murphy added: "The details surrounding the winning ticket will be revealed over the coming days.
"With such a big win, we have procedures to follow, but we will reveal the winning location as soon as we can.
"While this is a massive win, it can come as a shock to a winner and we advise them to stay calm, get independent legal and financial advice, and contact us as soon as they can."

EuroMillions Jackpot cap
Earlier on Tuesday, the National Lottery confirmed that the EuroMillions was rolling over for a fourth time ahead of the draw.
The National Lottery explained that the EuroMillions Jackpot reached its maximum cap on Friday, June 6, meaning the prize cannot grow any further.
On draws at cap, any excess money that would usually be allocated to the Jackpot will flow down to the next prize level at which there are winner(s).
When the Jackpot wasn't won in the previous draw on Friday, June 13, seven players across the EuroMillions community each won €4,493,786 after matching five numbers and one Lucky Star.
Ireland's EuroMillions Jackpot winners
The first person in Ireland to ever win a EuroMillions Jackpot was Limerick woman Dolores McNamara in July 2005. Her €115 million prize was the biggest EuroMillions prize ever at the time.
In February 2019, a family syndicate from The Naul in Co Dublin broke the record for Ireland's biggest win when they hit a €175 million EuroMillions Jackpot.
That record has now been broken by Tuesday night's EuroMillions Jackpot winner.
Before Tuesday, the last time someone in Ireland won a EuroMillions Jackpot was in February 2022. The winner had purchased their ticket at Larkin’s Gala Service Station, Garryurtneal, Ballina, Killaloe - which borders the counties of Clare, Tipperary, and Limerick.
