The ex-partner of Emma Murphy, whose Facebook testimonial on her experience of domestic abuse has racked up over 8 million views, claims he did not punch her, only pushed her.
Murphy (26) posted the video, claiming her ex-partner, Francis Unsanga (28) the father her two children, had been unfaithful and mentally and physically abuse. She posted the video on her personal and work account on Monday. So far it has been viewed over 8 million times.
Unsanga, an aspiring actor and gym owner, said the black eye, clearly visible in the video, was not caused by a punch but was the result of him pushing Murphy. His ex-partner claims he punched her in the face after she confronted him about being unfaithful, last Friday. She also claimed that in the past he had punched her and split her head open.
I thought long and hard before posting this video, this is very difficult for me but I have to do what is RIGHT, if you or anyone you know has it is in a similar situation please share this video to inspire other women around the world, violence is NOT the answer!!!!

“I did sleep with someone else. But I did not punch her and I absolutely did not split her head open.
“I know nobody will believe me but I am not a violent person. I never, ever wanted to hurt anyone.
“My business is now destroyed and I’ve clients demanding their money back. I don’t know what to do.”
Usanga won the competition Mister International Ireland in 2009. He has also appeared on various Irish TV shows including “Take Me Out,” “The Today Show,” and “Two Tube.”
On Friday last (July 3) Murphy, a model and fitness professional, made a complaint to the police after the alleged assault.
A source told the Sun “This is being treated as a suspected assault at the moment. Investigations are ongoing.”
In the emotional video Emma said “I’m in a relationship with a guy I thought was the love of my life.
“He was the love of my life. Loved him with all my heart. We’ve had ups and downs. I cherished the ups. I won’t miss the downs. Unfortunately last year I found out he cheated on me. He denied it. She contacted me and told me she was pregnant.
“I went into labor early — my world was turned upside-down.
“You think you know somebody. It was such a hard time for me, I loved him so much I gave him another chance and took him back. And he did it again.’
“And when I confronted him, he denied it — of course. And when I threw away his phone he punched me in the face.”
Usanga told the Sun that during their relationship he and Murphy had broken up for a number of months. He claims that during this time he began seeing the other woman, who is expecting his baby this week. The fitness fanatic claims that the fling ended when he and Murphy got back together. However, months later when he and Murphy found out they were expecting their second child he met up with the other woman again and had sex.
He said “I was extremely drunk and the other girl texted me out of the blue.”
They met up two weeks later and had sex once, he claims.
“That was the first time I cheated on her. The other time we had been split up.
“Two weeks later the girl rang me up to say she was pregnant.”
He continued “She then rang Emma and told her she was pregnant. It was awful. Emma was, of course, disgusted.
“This happened on a Thursday and on Monday she gave birth to our second baby . . . I said I was sorry. I kept apologizing and eventually she said we’d give it another go.
“But it was never right, to be honest. Every week we fought. I’ve been in counselling since January trying to deal with it all.
“Two weeks ago I said to myself, ‘I’m done, I’m leaving her now.’”
When questioned about the events of last Friday which led to Murphy’s report to the police, the black eye and her viral video Usanga said “She fell like, either on the car or the ground.”
He said they were fighting over a smashed mobile phone and said he had pushed her during a screaming match.
