This coming November sees the return of the annual GOAL Ball. One of New York’s most popular charity events, this year’s event will take place in Gotham Hall on the significant date of 11/11/11.

GOAL balls are held throughout the world every year with all proceeds going to worthy international humanitarian causes in the developing world. Unveiling the plans for this years event, former
Celtic Thunder star Paul Byrom encouraged everyone to get involved.

“The GOAL Balls are extremely enjoyable wherever they are held, but the New York event has always been that little bit special,” said Byrom, now a solo artist, who has travelled with GOAL to visit some of their projects in the developing world.

“I would urge everyone to make the effort to attend or support GOAL in some way on the night and help them raise as much money as possible for their overseas operations.”

The black tie event will include a champagne and hors d’oeuvre reception, followed by a sit-down dinner, dancing and live entertainment. Other highlights of the night will include a casino, a silent auction and of course the GOAL after party.
