Off the back of a successful New York gigging stint, chanteuse Emma Wallace has launched a new single.

The Belfast-based singer has her heart set on US chart domination.

The former producer spent years cutting her teeth in the TV world before realizing her true calling was in pursuing her love for music. She bravely handed in her notice, gambled on making a break as a singer, and left her stable job behind.
Thus far, the bold move has been paying off. Wallace began to slowly build a name for herself, ticking off major 'bucket list' career goals like performing at live music venues in Nashville and New York and having her songs played on BBC Radio Ulster.
"It’s been a long road, but I'm really enjoying the journey," she told IrishCentral.

"After going to New York to do some showcase shows, it went so well. At the start of May I was invited to perform at The Bitter End in NYC. I contacted a few other venues and ended up spending five days lugging my guitar around the city and playing at venues and open nights all around the city and Brooklyn. The dream!"
Still on a high from her time in the Big Apple, Wallace seized the moment and released yet another track.
Entitled 'Hurricane', the lyric video can be found below.

Are you in Ireland? Wallace is opening for Nathan Carter this weekend at Shamrock Solstice Festival, in Portadown, Co. Armagh.
