He might have come up empty handed at this year’s major golf events – and every other tourney he’s played in – but young Rory McIlroy is livin’ the dream in South Florida in a new, sleek mansion that has every luxury a rich golf pro could want.

McIlroy showed off his luxe Jupiter pad that he scooped up earlier this year – complete with a pricetag of $9.5 mil – in a video for one of his sponsors, Bose.

The 24-year-old from Co. Down sure has good taste! The crib with a water view looks stylish and modern and boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, not to mention a pool, spa, gym and game room.

Rory admits he doesn’t use the kitchen much, save for whipping up some smoothies, but his mom Rosie puts the stainless appliances to good use when she visits from home.

“I felt it was the right time to get a base here, somewhere I could come between tournaments.  I really liked [the house] because it’s very modern, very contemporary, very bright, white walls everywhere. That’s what drew me to it,” said McIlroy.

The house is equipped with Bose sound equipment throughout, of course, with McIlroy adding that music lifts his “spirits.”  And so does the pool table, a gift from his tennis pro sweetheart Caroline Wozniacki.

“Walking through the door you think, I can’t believe I actually live in a place like this. Considering how I grew up and hard my mom and dad worked for me and how little we had in comparison to all of this, it’s something I really appreciate and something I don’t take for granted,” McIlroy added.
