A new teaser for Will Ferrell’s upcoming movie “Anchorman 2” has been released. Like the two previous trailers that came out earlier this year, this new one does not show any footage of Ferrell in the film.

At the beginning of the trailer Ferrell as Ron Burgundy says, “We haven’t seen you in a while America. You haven’t changed a bit.”

“Anchorman: The Legend Continues” is written and directed by Adam McKay, who worked on the original 2004 comedy. McKay has also worked on “Step Brothers” and “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.” The sequel reunites the fictional Channel 4 news team featuring Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell and David Koechner.

Vince Vaughn and Christina Applegate are expected to return. Greg Kinnear and Kristen Wiig have also joined the project. The film has cameos for more stars, some of whom have starred in McKay’s earlier films with a couple surprise stars. Possible cameos include Kanye West, Sacha Baron Cohen, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman and Harrison Ford, who according to the Telegraph described filming with Ferrell as “bizarre.”

“Anchorman: The Legend Continues” will be released in theaters on December 20, 2013.
