An upcoming U2 gig will be streamed live on the world’s biggest video site YouTube.com.

According to a promo that has appeared on the site, Bono and the boys have allowed their concert at the Pasadena Rose Bowl in California to be available in real time on the Web.

It will be a “beautiful day” onOctober 25 when YouTube hosts the first global concert webcast in history. “One band. One stage,” reads the YouTube promo video.

The Irish gig will kick off at 8:30 p.m. (PT) this Sunday.
