It's always fun to learn the real-life identities of your favorite Game of Thrones characters, but did you know that so many of the cast members hail from the island of Ireland?

For instance - once that evil Joffrey Baratheon was axed from the show, the Cork lad who played him, Jack Gleeson, had more time to focus on the theater company he runs with his friends, Collapsing Horse - even taking one of their productions, Bears in Space, all the way to New York City.

Or when Conleth Hill isn't playing the Master of Whisperers Lord Varys, he has a full head of hair and an Antrim accent!
