Double Oscar winner Sean Penn is reportedly set to join the cast  for  the Farrelly brothers “Three Stooges” movie, for a second time.

The “Milk” star had committed the move before, but subsequently had to pull out when he and wife Robin Wright were having marital difficulties last year.

However, it now seems the Penn is once more about to sign on the dotted line to portray Larry in the upcoming movie.

“We got him back,” Bobby Farrelly told the Boston Herald. “He always said he wanted to do it after, you know, taking care of his family.”

The Farrelly Brothers have lined up Oscar winner Benicio Del Toro to play Moe, but the search for Curly is still on.

The Brothers are about to start shooting “Hall Pass,” a comedy starring Owen Wilson.
