Robert Downey Jr is reportedly in talks to star in an adaption of the book “Emergency: This Book Will Save Your Life”.
The Hollywood actor has already signed up to produce the movie which is based on the book by Neil Strauss and could also nab the lead role in the Columbia Pictures project.
The book tells the true story of it’s author Neil Strauss who learnt to live in the wild after growing paranoid about mankind losing its direction. Writer Alan Loeb is adapting the novel for the big screen.
Speaking about his upcoming project Downey, 45 said: "The book is a study in male panic and since I specialised in that throughout the 90s I felt a true kinship."
