In order to benefit the UK’s Red Nose Day charity, pop phenoms One Direction have (finally) released their self-made video for their cover of Blondie’s 1979 hit ‘One Way or Another.’

After weeks of teaser videos, tweets and plugs, the One Direction YouTube account finally posted the official video made by the lads. In about 15 hours of being posted, the video already racked up close to 2 million views on the OneDirectionVEVO YouTube account.

The video shows the lads all over the world - from Japan, to Times Square and even to the Ghana in Africa where they went to do some “life-changing” charity work for Red Nose Day.

After visiting Ghana, Niall Horan (@NiallOfficial) tweeted “Just arrived back from Accra,Ghana! Best life experience ever! This @rednoseday please get involved!”

“I've seen the slums right in front of me! This is no joke! They really need your help! Poverty is real !”

“Massive thanks to @rednoseday for taking us to Ghana! It was incredible! real eye opener! We take so much for granted over here !”

Looking to save some money to donate to the charity, One Direction went low budget with their video making it on a handheld video camera. Still though, the video didn’t skimp on laughs.

With cheesy dancing and resident Irish lad Niall Horan soaping up in the shower, the video is highly enjoyable and certainly draws a chuckle.
