Jimmy Fallon has expressed his immense pride at celebrating his two-year anniversary as host of NBC's "Late Night".

Speaking to the TV Guide he said he and his staff remain dedicated to creating cutting-edge comedy on a nightly basis.

He said "We're just keeping our heads down and working as hard as we possibly can to come up with new bits and new ideas."

He credited the show's success with the fact that its celebrity guests are so willing to take part in the comedy skits.

"I think they just see that we're all about having fun. We want the audience at home to have fun; we want the guests to have fun as well…The whole business should be fun - that's what it's all about," said Fallon.

So far Fallon has had guests such as Monty Python, Sir Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen. Last fall he performed a duet of Willow Smith's 'Whip My Hair' with Springsteen on the show.

This week Fallon will kick off a two week celebration of his anniversary with guests such as Tyra Banks, Tiger Woods and Howard Stern appearing on the show.
