After the tragic death of Ryan Dunn on Monday, film studio Lionsgate are considering the future of his unreleased film in which he plays a ghost.

The 34-year-old reality star, who was killed during a high speed car accident, played a ghost called Belch who returns to haunt his friend in the comedy.

Prior to the fatal accident Lionsgate had been planning an October release, but now bosses say it may be delayed.

The movie’s trailer opens with the quote “Call no man happy till he is dead.”

"Being dead is the best thing that ever happened to me. Ever,"' says Ryan's character during the eerie film preview.

The 'Jackass' star starred alongside his real life friend Bam Margera, who is said to be inconsolable over the actor’s death.
