Two artists’ organizations merged in Dublin today to provide Ireland with more substantial arts and music events over the summer months.

The two unions, Painters Into Saving Summer and Trained Actors Keeping Energetic, hope that their merger will provide the public with more interactive artistic projects to help young Irish people during these hard times.

Their objective is to help people “attain a level of cathartic relief,” through the medium of song, dance and crafts.

“ We want the people of Ireland to sing, to dance, to find inspiration in the air, breathe it in and let the fairies out,” said spokesperson Eima Wright-Tulip.

The new group will be known as Pisstake.
