The first extended look at the highly anticipated biopic starring Michael Fassbender as Apple founder Steve Jobs is here.

The teaser trailer for “Jobs,” released in May, offered our first glimpse of the Irish-German actor as the late tech visionary – Fassbender was barely recognizable in Jobs’ signature black turtleneck and wire frame glasses.

In the new, extended look, we finally get to hear dialogue (such as the line “Musicians play their instruments, I play the orchestra.") and it sounds as though Fassbender has nailed the role. The trailer has been out less than 24 hours and Oscar buzz is already starting for the 38-year-old Kerryman.

In addition to Fassbender, “Jobs” stars Seth Rogen as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniack, Kate Winslet as Macintosh marketing head Joanna Hoffman, and Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley. The film, set backstage at three iconic Mac product launches and ending in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac, is based on Walter Isaacson’s bestselling, authorized biography of Jobs and was directed by Danny Boyle of “Slumdog Millionaire” acclaim.

Fassbender has had his work cut out for him, especially after emails leaked in the Sony hack last December revealed that screenwriter Aaron Sorkin initially had little confidence in Fassbender’s ability to carry the role.

“I don't know who Michael Fassbender is and the rest of the world isn't going to care,” he wrote in an email to Amy Pascal.

The film later went to Universal, with producer Scott Rudin accusing Sony and Pascal of dragging their feet.

“There’s always trepidation I think when you’re playing real people and representing them in a way on screen, for sure. But like I said, I think the writing was exceptional. I think it was a really intriguing way to tell the story about someone who is so famous and has changed all of our lives. I thought it was a really original approach on the biopic,” Fassbender told Yahoo! Movies. The film premieres November 2015.
