Irish favorite Brendan Gleeson won the award for best actor in a mini-series or movie for his portrayal of Winston Churchillin “Into the Storm.”

Now, is it me, or is there something deliciously subversive about an Irish actor winning an Americn award for playing a British Prime Minister?!!
