Newly released police reports state that Charlie Sheen’s wife “feared for her life” during the famous “Christmas Day Incident” of 2009 which escalated into violence.

The report also contains details of another assault which took place two months before Christmas.

Brooke Mueller claims that Sheen threw her to the ground “like a rag doll”. According the report Mueller suffered a head injuring during this row, hitting her head off a chair as she fell.

Sheen was sentenced to 30 days in rehab last week along with a period of probation as he pleaded guilty to the charges from Christmas day last year.

Rick Magnuson, an Aspen police officer said that Mueller told him “she was afraid she was going to die” when Sheen pinned her to the bed and holding knife to her throat.

The argument was all sparked by a song that Gibson was singing to his daughter that morning.
Gibson denied that the argument had escalated to such violence and claimed that it had been “predominantly verbal”.
