Three more young Irishwomen have been robbed at gunpoint in Chicago just a few weeks after Irish student Natasha McShane and her friend were brutally beaten in another late night robbery.

The three, all from Dublin, were on the way to the residence of one of the women at around 5.30 a.m. on Friday morning in the Wicker Park area of the city when the incident occurred.

Initially two women passed them and then returned brandishing a blue steel semiautomatic gun.

“Give me your s***,” said one of the women, according to Shakespeare District Capt. Marc Buslik.

The other robber accosted one of the Irish women from the back.The two robbers took the women’s personal belongings and passports before leaving.

The location of the latest robbery is but  a few blocks from where Irish student Natasha McShane and her friend Staci Jurich were brutally assaulted and robbed on April 23.

The two suspects are described as African-American women in the 30-40 age bracket, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
