Wexford man Patrick Kehoe, 23, caused a disruption at Dublin Airport early Thursday morning when he ran onto the tarmac attempting to catch his Ryanair flight to Amsterdam that he was late for.

At 1:47 in the video someone says, “I think we have to call the authorities here. There is a passenger that is trying to get inside the airplane.”

“Um .. I think you have to call security right now,” they continue.

The ground crew said that security was already on its way to subdue Kehoe in his wild attempt.

Thankfully, the bizarre incident was resolved quickly and calmly due to the cooperation of the Ryanair flight, Dublin Airport ground crew, and security.

The Ryanair flight was only delayed momentarily and was a mere 21 minutes behind its scheduled arrival into Amsterdam.

Patrick Kehoe was brought to Ballymun Garda Station and later presented at Dublin District Court where he was charged with criminal damage. He was released on bail and has another court date in November.

Upon leaving the court, Kehoe swung his suitcase at gathering reporters and pulled down his pants to moon the crowd.
