Sarah Jessica Parker wants more children. The 'Sex and the City' actress - who has son James, seven, and five-month-old twin daughters Loretta and Tabitha with her actor husband Matthew Broderick - hopes her family will get even bigger and hasn't ruled out adopting.

Sarah - whose twins were carried and delivered via surrogate mother Michelle Ross - said: "It doesn't mean its over. It doesn't mean we won't continue to try to have a bigger family... that we won't continue to pursue all sorts of ways of doing it. Adoption, who knows?"

Although the 44-year-old actress loves "being a housewife" and an actress, she needs help to cope with both roles. She told the USA Today newspaper:

"I hear a lot of actresses pretend they don't have help, and that can't be true. It's really unfair to working women in America who read celebrity news and think, 'Why can't I lose weight when I've had a baby?' Well, everyone you're reading about has money for a trainer and a chef. That doesn't make it realistic. "I love being a housewife. I am dead serious. There is enormous satisfaction when you're a mother and you've gotten through a day."
