Looks like Robert Pattinson may have learned a thing or two about being sociable and well-liked from Irish star Pierce Brosnan.

The two actors are together in the upcoming film Remember Me and spent a lot of time together off the set. It was there that Pattinson got a lesson in how to behave with fans from smooth-as- silk Brosnan.

"He's totally recognizable, and he makes no effort to tone it down," Pattinson told Vogue in its March issue. "Some people were glancing over at us in the restaurant, and he just went over and introduced himself. And it does work. It dissipates all the attention."

As for Pattinson he dreads such interaction "Me? I just crawl under the table," he says.

Pattinson, 23, says he is still surprised by how all encompassing fame can be in the modern era "Everybody knows where everybody is," he says. "The Twitter thing is unbelievable."
