In an interview with Q magazine, Oasis singer Liam Gallagher says that a fan once snorted a dandruff flake from his scalp, thinking it was a chunk of cocaine.

Liam, whose parents hailed from Ireland  revealed that he suffers from psoriasis. "I've got bad skin. I've got psoriasis all over my f****** body. Everywhere except for me face. And every now and again on me head," he said.

He says the incident happened after he performed at the Glastonbury festival with former band Oasis.

"Everyone's backstage and this geezer comes up to me off his t**s, going 'I ain't seen Oasis for f****** years, f****** great' and I'm going 'yeah, alright.'

"And he goes to his mate. 'look Steve, he's even got cocaine in his hair'. And he pulls a bit of s*** out me hair."

Liam says that the man then snorted it.

Liam is known for his own use of the drug, sometimes referred to as "devil's dandruff.”

In the interview, which will be released in the upcoming March edition out next week, Liam talks about his strained relationship with his brother Noel, who quit Oasis in the summer of 2009.

"Listen, me and our kid didn't hang out. It wasn't like we were best buddies and then summat happened.

"I've always led my life, so's he, and we'd be like that if we worked in a butcher's together. He left the band, that's it," he said.

Liam’s new band, Beady Eye, are due to release their debut album ‘Different Gear, Still Speeding’ on February 28.
