Lady Gaga is at the center of a million dollar lawsuit between an Irish and New York company.

TMZ reports that the Irish entertainment company Grooveyard has sued a New York-based company that claimed to represent pop star and fashion icon Lady Gaga.

Grooveyard says they forked over $320,000 to book Gaga through the company for October concerts in Belfast and Dublin.

Now they believe the New York rep was a sham, because when Grooveyard began to promote the Gaga shows, big-time promoters AEG Live sent them a cease and desist letter stating that AEG has the sole right to book the pop diva.

Grooveyard slapped a suit in New York State court and have demanded their money back from the shady company.

Let’s hope Gaga’s poker face can get her out of this one.
