Oh-oh. Lindsay Lohan has missed another court date in Beverly Hills, shrugging it off this time for the glamor of the Cannes film festival.

But now a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has had enough. On Tuesday she slammed the troubled actress for failing to appear and issued an arrest warrant.

'Actions speak louder than words. I’ve heard the best words in the world, but the actions are far more important,' said Judge Marsha N Revel. 'She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments. I couldn’t have been more clear about the priority of this case and getting things done.'

Sounds like trouble is definitely brewing.

Revel issued the arrest warrant for Lohan after she failed to appear because she is still in France. Lohan claimed to be stuck in Cannes after her passport was stolen. Because of that delay, Lohan skipped her mandatory appearance for a probation hearing for a 2007 intoxication conviction.

But the judge said Lohan should have either skipped the Cannes trip or made sure she was back in L.A. two days before the hearing.

'If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here. I don’t know if that was the only thing allegedly lost or stolen from her or not,' the judge said. 'But right now that’s irrelevant. She was ordered to be here. There’s really no valid excuse.'

Revel ordered that bail be set $100,000 upon Lohan's surrender . Lohan is scheduled to arrive in L.A. on Friday.

It never rains but it pours for this girl. It's a shame she's the author of many of her own misfortunes.
