Is it still good leaving all the other stuff out and only putting Baileys in the crust?

With all the wonderful pies one can eat, how could anyone stomach pumkin pie?--Ugh. Never did get its popularity. Pumpkin plays a bit part in this recipe, and perhaps all the cream sugar and booze make it edible. And for heaven's sake, buy a frozen pie crust--much easier and just as good.
