The former flames reunited to watch their son, Jack Brady, graduate from school. The 18-year-old was his father's double as he posed with his parents in a maroon cap and gown.
Jack also appears to share a close bond with his half-siblings, 16-year-old Benjamin, and 13-year-old Vivian, whom Tom shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. The trio posed together at the ceremony.
Bridget, who has since tied the knot with Andrew Frankel, looked glamorous at Riverdale Country School in The Bronx. She wore a long, striped sundress and oversized glasses as she posed for a snap, which Tom shared on social media.
The reunion is significant for the exes, who dated from 2004 before their split in 2006. Months later, when the NFL star had already begun dating his future supermodel wife, Gisele, it emerged that Bridget was pregnant with Jack.
Despite the messy timeline, Tom and Bridget managed to keep things amicable and maintained a healthy co-parenting relationship for their son.
Tom gushed over Jack on his graduation day, pointing out what "an amazing" young man he has become.
"One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what’s already an impressive life," he penned.
"You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, amongst many other things. What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching. The way you show up for your friends,
"The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while... And know your family and friends are always right behind you, cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you," the proud dad penned.
