Irish actor Andrew Scott takes the top spot as the sexiest celebrity male voice of 2026 and ranks fourth in the overall list of top 20 sexiest celebrity voices.
Most of us have that one celebrity that we find utterly irresistible - the name at the top of our “hall pass” list. But in 2026, attraction is proving that looks aren’t everything.
From the continued success of shows like Netflix’s Love Is Blind to the rise of audiobook platforms like Quinn, desire is increasingly shaped by what we hear rather than what we see.
As celebrity culture expands beyond the red carpet and into podcasts, mobile-based interviews, and voice-led content, a distinctive voice can be just as captivating as any on-screen appearance.
To find out exactly which celebrity voices we find the sexiest in 2026, sexy lingerie brand Pour Moi conducted an audio study in which 500 participants listened to 100 well-known voices from around the world and shared their thoughts.
How the study worked
Each participant listened to five randomly assigned 30-second clips without knowing the speaker's identity, helping to reduce potential bias. They then rated the voices against factors scientific studies have previously linked to perceived vocal attractiveness (pitch, speed, and volume).
In total, the study generated 2,500 individual ratings. Scores for each celebrity were averaged and weighted to create a final “Sexy Voice Score” out of 100, with higher scores reflecting greater perceived vocal appeal.
The results show that women dominate the highest-rated voices, claiming 80% of the leading spots. In addition to this, British and Irish voices also stand out, with 13 of the top 20 celebrities hailing from the British Isles - accounting for 65% of the list.
Irish and Scottish accents have frequently ranked in global surveys as some of the world’s sexiest accents - a trend that continues in Pour Moi’s research. Taking the top spot as the sexiest celebrity male voice is Irish actor Andrew Scott, followed by Scottish actor James McAvoy in second place with a score of 78.9/100. Rounding out the Celtic reign is fellow Scot Richard Madden in fourth place (77/100).
But it doesn’t end after the top five for the Celts - Paul Mescal (8th), Lewis Capaldi (9th), and Barry Keoghan (20th) all make the sexy voices cut.

Taking the stand as the celebrity with the sexiest voice of all is Spanish-born singer Rosalía, scoring an impressively high “Sexy Voice Score” of 84.6/100.
As Spanish-language music continues to break barriers, it’s clear it’s taking over the global stage in more ways than one. From the cultural impact of Bad Bunny’s “Bunny Bowl” halftime show in February to Rosalía’s vocal reign, Spanish-language artists are quickly defining what 2026 sounds like.
In second place is American actress Zoë Kravitz, whose relaxed, low, and husky tones earn her an impressive score of 83.3/100 in the study.
Following in third place is Mancunian actress Aimee Lou Wood. Her distinctive northern accent secures her a score of 80.7/100, making her the highest-ranking British celebrity in Pour Moi’s study.
Irish actor Andrew Scott takes fourth place with 80.6/100, making him the highest-ranking male in the study.
Rounding out the top five is actress Sydney Sweeney, who earns a score of 80.3/100 for her vocal appeal.
Marina Nicoli, Marketing Manager at Pour Moi, comments: “We all have that one voice we could listen to on repeat, and our new research shows we’re increasingly paying more attention to more than just aesthetics when it comes to attraction.
“In a world shaped by podcasts, audiobooks, interviews, and voice notes, how someone sounds has become a powerful part of how they express themselves and connect with others.
“At Pour Moi, we believe that feeling confident in yourself starts with championing exactly who you are. When you feel comfortable in your own skin, it can transform how you move through the world, and sometimes that starts with embracing something as simple as your voice.”
