Noah Kahan is catching a bit of stick after he unveiled a series of tour patches unique to some of the locations he’ll be playing at this year.

"Welcome to the 2024 Tour Patch Adventure," Kahan said in a social media blast on Thursday, January 18 unveiling the designs. "Excited to be back on the road with you guys!"

People seemed to be loving the special merch - at least until Kahan's Irish fans spotted the tour patch for his Dublin date, which says “Dublin, UK.”

On both Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), fans were quick to respond to the error.

“fix the dublin one people didn’t die for a design company to call us the UK,” one person commented on Kahan's Instagram post.

Another commented: “DUBLIN , UK ? CANCELLED”

On X, one person replied: "love this but ummm you might want to change the Dublin one to Dublin, Ireland and not UK... ?"

Kahan replied to this post: "Yikes I will let my team know."

Indeed, the error likely came from someone on Kahan's end. The original design, created by Matt Doyle, says "Dublin, IE."

Kahan, a native of Vermont, only has a few weeks to get his Dublin tour patch sorted as he's set to play a sold-out show at the 3Arena on February 8.

After his Dublin gig, he'll head to the real UK, playing shows in Glasgow, Leeds, Cardiff, and London.

We can't help but wonder what Irish singer-songwriter Hozier, who recently collaborated with Kahan on his hit song "Northern Attitude," would think about the error!
