Whip yourselves up a batch of this Wilde Oscar cocktail and raise a glass to Irish roots.

This St. Patrick’s Day Guinness are throwing a hooley (meaning party) and everyone’s invited. The iconic Irish brand are going on tour around Ireland and exploring some mouth-watering food and beer pairings, in Ireland and in the USA.

It’s Irish American Heritage month so what better way to celebrate than with some great Irish food and drinks.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Bulleit bourbon

1 oz. Guinness extra stout

0.5 oz. Rich simple syrup

Dash of Botanical bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass.

Strain cocktail over a large ice cube.

This cocktail is also delicious when made with Guinness Draught.

Garnish with a large orange peel and maraschino cherry.
