Instagram's Jessie Bush's vacation in Ireland is a lesson in winter style

Meanwhile in Dingle, Jessie Bush is showing us how it's done. How do you tackle dressing for this difficult weather when you're one of the world's biggest style influencers?

In draping camels, cozy knits and plenty of checks, of course. Which is exactly what famed Instagrammer Jessie Bush of We the People Style did when she toured the country top-to-toe last week. Naturally, we took note of everything and were filled with a certain I-can't-believe-I-didn't-try-that-before kind of envy. 

As Ware admits herself, she's the kind of dresser who gets into the groove of a uniform, working the same key pieces on repeat for a couple of weeks at a time; perfect for when you're traveling, or if you are just an inherently lazy dresser, like us. 

Either way, Ware – who is known for her laid-back, beach babe meets city slicker style – reminded us of all the great things about wintering in Ireland: mainly that killer knits paired with jeans never fail; a solid flat boot can still look dressy; an oversized jacket in a borrowed-from-the-boys shape adds sharpness to a casual look; and, most importantly, tonal dressing is a perennial fast track to looking like a fashion insider.

In this case, it was camel hues aplenty.

What brands were on rotation in this influencer's wardrobe? Staples from Scandi design labels Acne and By Malene Birger were paired with stand out styles from LK Bennett and *that* Sea NY coat. 

Apart from the fashion, Ware's Insta also read like a Blue Book guide to the best boltholes our fair shores have to offer – stints in Ashford Castle, Adare Manor, wining and dining at Donegal's Lough Eske Castle and a trip to the beautiful Sheen Falls in Kenmare, all made the cut. 

But where was Ware's humble abode when she road-tripped up to Dublin? The city's low-key cool new townhouse The Wilder. (Makes a mental note to book in, ASAP.)

You would think the wilder side of Irish weather would be off-putting for fashionistas used to slouching around the warmer climes of Venice Beach or Positano, but this It girl embraced it with gusto.

If only we could look this good getting blown out of it on the walk from the bus every morning...
