Teen Vogue's Social Media Producer Michaela O'Shaughnessy paid homage to her roots at the Met Gala in a show-stopping gown by Don O'Neill.
The digital media maven was once again in attendance at the event, nicknamed 'the Super Bowl of Fashion', to report from the red carpet.
"The first Monday in May" brought together the creme de la creme of the fashion and entertainment industries, and the Galway native was there to capture the action.
For her second turn at the Met Gala, fashion blogger O'Shaughnessy once again opted for a dress by Don O'Neill.
With the "Heavenly Bodies" theme of the gala in mind, O'Neill's figure-hugging embellished gown emblazoned with stars was the perfect fit.
O'Shaughnessy, who formerly worked at MTV before joining the fold at Condé Nast, joked that she ended the night in her glamorous look with a Shake Shack burger in hand.
While it wasn't quite a Supermacs, the saying "you can take the girl out of Ireland....." definitely rings true.
Kerry native O'Neill, who helms THEIA Couture, is the go-to man for red carpet designs.
His New York-based label has outfitted Oprah Winfrey, Khloe Kardashian, Rebel Wilson, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift, to name but a few.
Indeed, for her inaugural Met Gala red carpet in 2017, O'Shaughnessy also turned to O'Neill so she could proudly showcase her Irish roots.
