The left's over-sexualization of children, causes charges against 6-year-old

The Left's over-sexualization of children is starting to result in more absurd behavior in our school systems. Now a public school in California brings sexual battery charges against a 6-year-old boy.

In another stupendously stupid move by the politically correct education system, a friendly game of tag amongst 6-year-olds, resulted in a sexual battery charge against one of the little children.

How innocent are our children? Not very, according to the rabid left who see sexual connotations in every move as they try to ram down their sexual mores on the rest of the citizens.

According to witnesses, a group of youngsters was playing tag on their elementary school playground, in Hercules, California. Of course, the very essence of the game of tag involves touching, so an innocent move by one young boy resulted in him touching another child's leg.

But since radical leftists have convinced the State of California to treat 5- and 6-year-olds as if they are sexually active, this innocent touch in the course of a child's game, turned the boy into a sexual predator in the eyes of school officials.

After the allegation of illegal touching, the child was interrogated in the principal’s office for 2 hours, without his parents presence, until he confessed to his "crime." This resulted in school officials charging the little boy with a sexual battery charge, which will be on his school record. Additionally, the little boy was immediately suspended from school.

The child's father spoke to the local news media about the situation and said his son was accused of brushing his best friend’s leg while they were playing on the school’s playground. In the American education system, particularly California, it seems the far left thinks it’s perfectly normal to make a 6-year-old child register as a sex offender with a record.

In order to right a serious wrong however, the boys father was forced to hire a lawyer to explore legal avenues. After the threat of litigation hovered over their heads, school officials quickly backed down and dropped the ridiculous charges against the little boy.

It is becoming a popular battle cry that bullying amongst children is an epidemic problem in America's schools. But many Americans are starting to see the left's influence on school policies as absurd bullying. Our schools are turning into politically correct, hermetically sealed environments that don't prepare our children for the real world.

A comment to stephen1553. I'm glad your dad didn't punish you, for playing doctor & patient, with girls. He was very understanding. I never played that game. Somehow, I feel that, if I had, I would have grown up less inhibited with the female gender. This would have been so, especially if a girl I liked had played the role of doctor!! Your further comments, about the Catholic Church keeping sex in the "closet", are right on target!

Interesting how some bloggers blame the left / dems for wrecking our country , especially economically, re eg CA It was under George W. Bush's reign of about 7 years that the economy collapsed. And our govt went from a surplus under Clinton to a terrible deficit...........BTW dont Blame Pres Obama for present problems w/ the economy. My son in law was born and grew up in Japan, Met my daughter here in grad school. He says that even after about 15 years since Japans economy went south, they are still in deep trouble. YOu don't turn around problems like this quickly................My Dad graduated college in 1929. YOu can guess how long his first job lasted. He said that the economy didn't improve until we started to rearm in about 1939, realizing what was coming.............No excuses here from the Faux news people pls.

the lefties have oversexualized are kids? Have you been a Rip Van winkle? Back in about 1950 (I was 10) we played doctor. Looking at each others butts. Thats where I discovered girls were different, and asked my Dad to explain, which he did in a proper manner as I remember.................BTW your ideas about keeping sex in the closet are similar to what the church did with priests..............Which is the prime cause of the endless hidden molestation of children TKS for the opportunity to explain what I call your "rant". You remind me of the old legal saying - just let the bad guys hang themselves in front of the Jury...........Shame that IC let you post that as an editor, but I do love free speech. Its so much fun.

I'm SO happy the dad hired a lawyer, who got his son's name cleared! Even among adults, more respect should be given to individual rights. This includes consensual dating, after work, by anybody in the company/agency. As for kids, they ahould also have their individual rights respected. This includes the right to play innocent games like tag/hide & go seek. Many of us played these games, as kids, without recriminations. So should today's kids!

The far left has had total control over Californias education system for over 30 years. The teachers union dominates the curriculum for the good of the union has nothing to do with the welfare of the children. California schools graduate, if they do graduate, a large percentage of illiterate children, very well versed on PC ways and global warming.

The problem in California is that the Democrats have been in control of this state for a very long time. We need a change but we will not get as long as Californian keep voting the same party into power every election. The teachers union is very liberal and very powerful. The state is on the verge of being bankrupt and unemployment is sky high. People are leaving the state where as it used to be the most popular place to live. I would love to leave but can't because a member of my family is severely disabled and cannot be moved. Yes I live in California. Nothing will change as long as people are unwilling to change. If you always do what you always did you will get what you always got.
