The car crash that is Lindsay Lohan's life just keeps getting stranger and stranger.

Is it me or is there something seriously off about a "concerned" father taking his story to the media first?

Dad Michael, says he was so concerned about Lindsay, 23, endangering his other daughter Ali, 16, that he entered Lindsay's home in Los Angeles, California, with a sheriff's deputy.

And then he did what any true concerned parent would do.

He drove straight to TMZ's Hollywood newsroom, to talk about it - live on a webcast.

Lohan told TMZ's Harvey Levin that he raced to Los Angeles after being told that Ali was partying with Lindsay. Another "concerned" friend told him the sisters had been spotted doing 115 mph on a freeway.

"That was the straw that broke the camel's back," Lohan said.

"I am concerned about my daughter, Ali," he said. "She's around my daughter Lindsay. They're going out at night..."

"The same thing happened with Lindsay when she was 16 years old," he said adding that Lindsay lived in Los Angeles as a teenager "with no real guardian," he said.

Well duh, Michael but shouldn't you have been more concerned then?

Lindsay must have been watching her father humiliate her because she fired of a series of tweets.

"I have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister's safety, as well as my own," she stormed.

"'My ex-dad' just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil's advocate with officers."

"When will it ever end," she tweeted. "It's been going on my whole life with him -- hasn't he caused enough pain?"

"As for the ridiculous TMZ bs 'concerned' father interview, I must correct Michael Lohan when I say that Aliana IS watched ... by a guardian AT ALL TIMES," Lindsay said.

She said the guardian "is very close to my family and is a POSITIVE influence in my life."
