Jennifer O'Neill and Lady Gaga (celebritysmackblog.com)
A case of bad romance, perhaps? Lady Gaga’s former personal assistant, Jennifer O’Neill, is suing the pop star for alleged unpaid overtime, reports Hollywood.com

According to court papers, O’Neill is suing Gaga for the sum of $380,000. The papers recount O’Neill’s seemingly slave-like treatment for the 13 months she served as Gaga’s personal assistant. As her assistant, O’Neill's responsibility was “getting the artist anything she wanted at any hour of the day or night, handling her schedule, money, and food,” reports Hollywood.com.

Along with those typical tasks, O’Neill was also supposed to be "ensuring the availability of chosen outfits.” Gaga, of course, is known for her more than outlandish outfits - surely a job in itself!

O’Neill also makes claims that her job was so demanding, it sometimes left little to no time for meals “or, at times, even sleep”.

While some may jump to conclude that O’Neill is only after a piece of the Gaga money-pie, her claims are slightly validated by other former Gaga assistant Angela Ciemny. According to the book “Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga,” Ciemny was often required to sleep with the songstress because Gaga feared being alone, and that sometimes Gaga would hop in the shower with Ciemny unprovoked.

Hollywood.com goes on to say that “Unsurprisingly, a spokeswoman for Gaga denies the allegations, stating the lawsuit is ‘completely without merit.’”
