“Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen is to appear in Colorado court to face the charges relating to “the Christmas Day incident” (as it is refered to). The charges he is facing are with relation to a row that broke out between Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller.
Sheen was due in court last month but the hearing was postponed as Sheen tried to come up with a plea bargain. His original deal would have seen him serve 30 days behind bars with work release.
However, he is now hoping that he’ll strike a deal for just probation.
Yet again there are two sets of laws. One for the stars and one for the normal folk.
Sheen was accused of threatening his wife with a knife on Christmas Day when they argued.
