Don't ever call Daniel Radcliffe is a stiff. The Harry Potter star recently repaid a €50 debt to members of Dublin’s minor football team, who lent the star some cash to get back to his hotel after a night of partying – two years ago!

Radcliffe had been in Dublin at the time shooting a movie when he met up with members of the team who were celebrating their All-Ireland championship. He wound up going back to a house party, but had no cash to get himself back to the city.

Radcliffe never forgot the kind gesture, and last week one of the team’s members at the time, Conor Mullally, tweeted a picture of a note from Radcliffe, and a €50 note.

“So thanks again for paying my cab. I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t honor my word and pay you back. Once again great meeting you all. Hope this covers it!” Radcliffe wrote on stationery from the Morrison hotel in Dublin.
