Belfast City

The National Geographic Traveler Magazine has named Belfast city, in Northern Ireland as a top destination for adventurous trips abroad in 2012.
The magazine suggests that holidaymakers visit Belfast for the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. The ship was built in Belfast and visitors can tour the new Titanic Belfast museum after it opens in April 2012.

National Geographic Traveler Magazine also lists Iceland for it’s dramatic landscape of “Knife-cut valleys, gargantuan fjords [and] monumental cliffs,” as well as the rich culture and unique architecture in and around Reykjavik.
