John F. Kennedy 'photo' with naked women crosses a line by TMZ

Gossip site TMZ has crossed a line by showing a photograph from the 1950s purportedly showing naked women on a pleasure cruise with the late John F. Kennedy.

The gossip site rounded up numerous “experts” to say that the figure seen reclining while naked women jump off the side of the ship is undoubtedly John F. Kennedy.

And if my aunt had testicles, she'd be my uncle.

In this day and age, it is incredibly easy to put anyone anywhere in any compromising situation. It is even easier when the person is not around to defend themselves. Photoshop and other technologies allow the most blatant form of fake photography imaginable.

I'm not saying it is not John Kennedy in the photograph, but there would need an awful lot more evidence than what TMZ reports to convince me.

Even if it is, it shows a desperation and a brazenness that is new even for tabloid journalism. Dubious photos of a dead President from over 50 years ago prove exactly what?

What is next? Frankin Roosevelt naked in the White House with his mistress? Lyndon Johnson cavorting with Jackie Kennedy at his ranch in Texas?

The possibilities are endless. What most bothers me about the TMZ photo is that the figure of “Kennedy” is incredibly blurry and indistinct anyway. If the photo showed him in relative close-up, it might be a lot easier to defend. But the blurry figure could be anyone from Kennedy to a Greek shipping tycoon, to Jackie Kennedy, for all we know.

Years ago,Soviet dictator Josef Stalin would just crop party members he had executed out of photographs. Nowadays they would be Photoshopped so that they never existed at all.

Let John F. Kennedy and his extraordinary life be.

vincentruane: Don't you think the Republicans use "Abortion" as a political weapon? I believe abortion does indeed stop a life, and I also believe these individuals will have to stand before their God one day as will you and I, However to demonize the Dems while the Republicans don't give a damn about the poor, the hungry or the sick is hypocritical. And, how can you explain to me that abortion is "legal" in Italy and the Vatican and U.S. bishops issue satements on denying communion to Dem politicians where they were unable to affect the politics of a country in which the Vatican resides? With the exception of abortion rights, the Dems have always been the party of the individual and the republicans always served the interests of the corporation.

Naked women are featured mightily in Vatican and chapels across our globe. So what's the problem? Alexander the Great should have brought some along instead of the boys he had chose to accompany him. History is a forgiving ting.

In one of John F Kennedy's most famous speech's he said "Let us continue to do God's work." So let us take a close look at the democratic party's work since the cowardly and tragic assassination's of John F.Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Obviously supporting an abortion holocaust which has killed over 70 million Americans is not doing God's work. And supporting Federal Funding of abortion is also not doing God's work. Hopefully John F Kennedy's nephews would go back and read some of John F Kennedy's writing and they might not be so easily influenced by the sophist phrases, blatant lies, false smiles and the untrustworthy eyes of so many politicians who keep trying to pretend killing weak and defenseless unborn human beings by the millions is health care.

Oh and one other thing, Kennedy was not extraordinary in life - he would have been shown to be a horrible president. The only thing he has going for him other than the Bay of Pigs is that he died in office.

Kennedy was pond scum as are so many other politico's. He was protected by whomever just like Tiger was. It is believable and Roosevelt was dishonest too to Elenore and Bill Clinton was. Why is any Kennedy so sacrosanct?

It is a fact that JFK cavorted with naked females in the White House pool when Jackie was away. Consider affairs with Marilyn Monroe and other Hollywood stars and starlets and the picture is clearer. No one remains on a pedestal forever.
