A hangover prevention beverage, already a best-seller in the United States, has been launched in Ireland just in time for the Christmas festivities.

Retailers say that Irish customers are already ordering the miraculous drink by the case-load.

According to reports in the Irish Examiner, 160 Irish people sampled NOHO on nights out over a 30 day period. Of those taking part, 85 percent said they had “little to no hangover” after using the product and 90 percent said they would recommend it to their friends.

Those who were involved in the survey were between the ages of 25 and 40. Half admitted that they suffered from a hangover twice a month. Thirty percent admitted to having a hangover weekly.

The 2oz drink contains essential vitamins and nutrients which the body uses to break down and process alcohol. The suggested dosage is to take one before the first alcoholic drink, and a second one after the last drink for maximum effect.

Jacer, You're right of course. Problem with this product is that people are gullible enough to buy it and think they will be sober after drinking it. Not the case!!!
This must be one of the most irresponsible products to be launched anywhere. I see the Australians are lauding a hangover cure drink from France called ‘Security Feel Better’ which claims to make you sober 45 minutes after drinking by making the liver work five times faster in breaking down alcohol. Both are hugely irresponsible... in this time of Christmas partying, the rule has to be ‘DON’T EVER DRIVE AFTER DRINKING’. No one ever needs booze to enjoy a night out anyway. If you do drink, take a bus, train, or cab home.
you would still be over the drink drive limit.
I don't have hangovers anymore, just regrets!!!
