Ignorant Irish central, Irish folk music involves songs and stories, You don't find many uileann pipe players singing Spancil hill or Fenian men, what they probably mean is traditional Irish tunes, airs especially slow airs on the uileann pipes are hauntingly nice when played well. So I guess hitler liked music played well, I wonder if stalin, mao, castro or the other heroes of this publication liked music as well.

This is such a stupid story as are some of the comments. Adolf Hitler had many likes and dislikes. Just because he liked something doesn't mean it somehow becomes infected. What music did Stalin like? or Charles Trevelyan?. We know Cromwell didn't like having any fun (accept massacaring innocent Irish civilians) which included music.

My great-uncle was with the 42nd Infantry Div., U.S. 7th Army who liberated Dachau concentration camp in April 1945. For the rest of his life, my great-uncle was haunted by the horrors he personally witnessed there. He often had nightmares from having seen the people who had endured the atrocities committed by members of the "pure Aryan race". There are no words to adequately express how deeply my entire family and I despise Hitler and his SS and Gestapo buddies. "Evil" doesn't even begin to cover it.

Max Nordau (1849-1923) was the co-founder of the World Zionist Organization together with Theodor Herzl.
