Irish American actress Erin Moran has fallen on hard times and is living in a trailer park in Indiana.

The 51-year-old is a mere shadow of the beauty who once graced our screens in Happy Days as Joanie Cunningham.

A report the National Enquirer reports that Moran is penniless, living in an Indiana trailer park and looking haggard well beyond her 51 years.

It reports that Moran and husband Steve Fleischmann, 45, are reportedly living hand-to-mouth at the Berkshire Pointe Mobile Home Park in New Salisbury, Ind., where they’re said to be caring for his ailing mom.

Moran was famous as Ron Howard’s wisecracking little sister on Happy Days, one of America’s most beloved sitcoms.

She starred in 236 episodes of the show between 1974 and 1984 before doing her short-lived spin-off ‘Joanie Loves Chachi’.

Moran and her husband lost their Southern California home to foreclosure in 2010.

A family friend said: “Life hasn’t been kind to Erin since the foreclosure of her home.

“She and Steve moved in with his ailing mother at the trailer park a few weeks back. Erin is like an angel to her mother-in-law. She cooks and cleans for her and takes care of her personal hygiene.

“But to look at Erin today you’d never know she was once one of TV’s biggest stars. Her peaches-and-cream complexion is a maze of wrinkles and crow’s feet. She’s aged terribly.” Fleischmann reportedly works with Walmart.

“It’s been a rough few years for Erin and Steve,” said a source familiar with the couple.

“He’s trying to make ends meet by working at Walmart, and all Erin can do is try and get back to work.”
