The J1 summer visa is something of a right of passage for Irish youth, offering the chance to live stateside temporarily and experience a few months of American adventures.
More often than not, though, J1ers spend loads of time and energy working long hours for the weekend, and luxuries like traveling, going out and eating are kept to a serious budget.
But not for this adrenaline-loving Irish lad. Paul Deering and friends worked for a solid month before heading off on a jam-packed adventure of seriously enviable proportions.
Watch as they jump from speeding cars into water, hang out with alligators, swim with dolphins, climb beautiful mountains, throw parties in pools and about a million other things as they drive down the west coast, through Mexico, and back up the east coast. They recorded the epic adventure on a Go-Pro camera.
