Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart were guests on a special post-Super Bowl XLIX edition of 'The Tonight Show' - on which the lip-sync competition is one of the most popular features - and were pitted against each other in the ultimate showdown which Jimmy promised would be "epic".

Will stole the show by telling the viewers, "This is the Queen Bee - the one and only Beyonce," before delivering a hysterical rendition of the singer's hit track 'Drunk in Love,' during which he attempted to dance seductively while on his hands and knees.

Following the 47-year-old actor's stint, Kevin took to the stage and said: "I'd like to dedicate this song to my one and only true love."

The 35-year-old funnyman gave an uproarious performance of John Legend's 'All Of Me' which he first suggested was about the singer's wife Chrissy Teigen, before turning to serenade Will, while stroking his face and pretending to cry.

Despite largely being declared the winner by the laughing audience, it was a disappointing day for Will who sported a Seattle Seahawks hoodie despite them losing out in the American football final to the New England Patriots.

Other highlights of the popular segment saw Will provide a convincing lip sync to the 'Frozen' single 'Let It Go' while substituting snow with confetti, and Jimmy perform the 'Dirty Dancing' classic 'The Time of My Life' during which his 'Fever Pitch' co-star Drew Barrymore joined him onstage for an attempt at the movie's infamous lift.
