Last night on DWTS, Nancy Grace and Tristan MacManus had their chance at a Halloween themed dance that did indeed have a scary effect; it wasn’t one of the duo’s best performances, to say the least.

The jive was to the classic “The Devil Went Down to Georgia,” and based on the judges comments, they simply did not think that Grace danced well at all. Although Grace blamed her bad dancing in rehearsals on her fears that the judges were just waiting on her to mess up, the judges thought otherwise.

According to The Examiner, Bruno criticized that, “Certain dances suit you and certain dances don't. For me, this wasn't a good dance for you.” He continued, “You're suitably devilish, but the footing was devilish as well.” Carrie Ann, on the other hand, pointed out that Nancy forgot the steps on a few occasions, and their mediocre dancing left MacManus and Grace with a score of just 21 points.

On their second dance, the couple performed a tango, and again, it just wasn’t that good. They did score slightly better than the Halloween jive, with a 23, leaving their total standing of 44 and earning them last place for all of the performances on Monday night.

As Judge Carrie Anne said, “We have our good days and we have our not-so-good days…”  The much-anticipated elimination round will be tonight at 9pm; tune in to find out of Grace and MacManus will be given another chance!
