While her husband Michael Douglas played golf with Tiger Woods and other celebrities at  the Adare Manor golf course in Limerick, Catherine Zeta Jones underwent some shopping therapy.

She headed straight for the plush Isobel boutique in the hotel and dropped some fancy cash.

She bought a Missoni dress from Adare's plush Isobel boutique and confessed to having a "shoe fetish" while there.

Owner Kay Mulcaire told the Evening Herald ; "Catherine came in here on her own. We just left her alone and after a while I asked her if she wanted any assistance. She told me she really liked the dress I was wearing which was a yellow and green Missoni, so she bought that and some other Missoni dresses.

"She also bought a couple of twin sets and a few pieces by Ann Louise Roswald. She also bought a dress by Oky Coky and she said she would wear it in Spain because it's very light.

"She was here with us for about an hour and by the time she left there were some people waiting outside so she stood for pictures with them. She was so pleasant, and she said she and loved shopping locally."

Another boutique owner Elaine Cronin told the Herald that she didn't even recognise the Hollywood superstar when she entered .
Elaine explained: "Catherine came in here and I didn't know who she was. She was wearing casual clothes, loafers, skinny white jeans, a white top and a hat and sunglasses. She looked so elegant."

Colleague Tara Foley added: "She was really nice, she had a look around and said she had a shoe fetish."
