Irish heartthrob Niall Horan and his One Direction bandmates have blasted rumors they are splitting up.
And the Mullingar singer has promised fans: “We’ll be here as long as you want us.”
Speaking exclusively to the Sun newspaper at the start of their billion dollar world tour, the band hit back at split rumors.
As they kicked off their stadium tour in Colombia, they told The Sun: “We are NOT breaking up.”
Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles and Horan vowed the band will continue for years.
Niall, 20, said: “The fact we have an album coming should put these rumours to bed. We’re here for as long as the fans want us.”
Heartthrob Harry, 20, added: “We always hear rumours about us splitting - but we’re not. We’ve already started recording our fourth album.”
Liam, also 20, revealed: “We want to release an album every year - year after year.”
Back together after a three month break, the band are stronger than ever according to Irishman Niall.
He said: “We’re really close as a band. It was lovely to have time off, but now it’s great to be back together and on the road. We’re having a ball.”
Liam added: “Coming back together is like the first day of school. We don’t want to go into the lessons because the social is too much fun.”
Niall will be on the road for the rest of the year and plans to fly family and friends out to see him ahead of his Croke Park dates in the summer.
He revealed: “My dad’s coming to Milan because he wants to see Rome as well.”
With 6,000 police assigned to keep their Bogota concert safe, Horan admitted the attention the band are getting is incredible.
He stressed: “It’s crazy, We can’t believe all that protection is for us. We’re just five ordinary lads. We’re just stupid, normal boys - doing an abnormal job.”
